 Contractor employee will perform tasks on an as-needed basis, such as: 

§  Based on Banner knowledge, identify baseline or custom solutions quickly to help escalate and facilitate discussions for best practice and where needed custom solutions

§  Assist in developing customer solutions

§  Assist in developing interfaces from Banner to several external components

§  Develop thorough documentation of systems, solutions, and interfaces

Contractor Employee Qualifications

§  Contractor employee must have participated on at least 2 previous Banner implementations

§  Contractor employee must have a minimum of  5 years of experience in Banner with at least 3 years in leading a technical team

§  Contractor employee must have experience in building configured instances

§  Contractor Employee must have developed on the Oracle 11g platform

§  Contractor employee must have previously participated  in creating development standards and processes

§  Contractor employee must be an expert in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, HTML, XML, Groovy and Grails and proficient in working on UNIX/LINUX OS

§  Contractor employee must have experience in developing Banner Forms

§  Contractor employee must provide two (2) references for previous implementations. At least one reference must be with Banner version 8x.

§  Knowledge of security controls and demonstrated experience applying security best-practices throughout the development lifecycle.
