Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Design, coding and testing of the projects in the Demand Forecast area
2. Work with business and Gap IT team for requirement gathering and coordinate with offshore team
3. Issue resolution support over the weekends if needed.
