Detailed Job Description:

  • Gather and analyze - non-functional requirements for performance testing
  • Capturing application performance service level agreement
  • Designing workload model or transaction model for applications
  • Formulating Test Strategy including effort estimation
  • Coordinating with application release management teams
  • Participate is reviews, walkthrough meetings with client side stakeholders
  • Administrating project workspaces in the tools implemented
  • Creation of test scripts and test suites, using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter and HP Performance Center
  • Review of test deliverables
  • Onshore-offshore coordination
  • Test data generation and Execution of test scenarios
  • Monitoring server instances’ performance statistics
  • Capturing core application performance metrics and analyzing bottlenecks using tools like CA-APM, Dynatrace
  • Generating summary, detailed test execution reports for presenting results to the project team
