• Gather Knowledge of the existing Salesforce Landscape at MKS.
• Lead and coordinate Sales force engagements at MKS working with Business and IT.
• Guide the MKS team on best fit solutions and way forward.
• Advise the MKS Business and IT Team on the improvements and suggestions in the Salesforce domain.
• Work with the Salesforce team at MKS and help triage work requests and support tickets to Infosys offshore team.
• Work on high priority support tickets as needed with support from MKS busine
