Qualifications Basic:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
  2. At least 8 - 10 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 5 years Salesforce Force.com platform/Service Cloud implementations in Lightning

Preferred:

  • Proficient in Salesforce service Cloud and Lightning, Triggers, Visualforce Development, Rest API, Apex code and integrations
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com development environment including Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services.
  • Good functional knowledge on Service Cloud implementation in Lightning and other related latest functionalities.
  • Ability to translate business issues into technical solutions including technical leadership and coordination, and ensuring customer needs are met
  • Ability to work hands on to write and debug code, configuration in salesforce and troubleshoot issues, willing to collaborate with teams across technologies
  • Collaborate with Product owner/Business analysts to understand the requirements/user stories, and translating these to a set of deliverables
  • Guide developers, offshore team members with technical expertise
  • Communicate and collaborate with other internal and external technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
  • Ability to work across business and IT stakeholders in providing solutions
  • Should have delivery experience working with the Global delivery model
  • Experience working in Agile programs/methodology (preferred experience on SAFE Agile framework)
  • Leadership abilities, Sound problem solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills

Certification requirements:

  • Salesforce Admin Certified
  • Salesforce platform developer certified
  • Service Cloud certified
