Detailed Job Description:
- This role is to work on a ticket management system running in C++. It requires basic understanding of telecom domain and the workflows. The work involves development of new features using C++ requested as part of the project.
- Work on any production bugs identified and help to resolve the problem with the defined SLA. Participate in agile grooming calls during design discussion.
- Requires Strong C++ coding skills
- Basic telecom domain knowledge
- Good Debugging skills.
- Web service knowledge.
- Build new Interfaces or modifying existing interfaces
- Good Communication Skills
- Agile methodology
