Detailed Job Description:
Candidate will serve as the ChatBotAI Business Process Technical Analyst and subject matter expert for technical integrations and analyzing and approving content for chatbotAI deployed technologies. Candidate will work closing with Service Level Managers, Service Delver Analysts, and GIS technical integration teams to design solutions for customers contacting the Enterprise Service Center. In this role, candidate will be focused on finding ways to solve or prevent issues for customers faster.
