Domain Technical Other Skills Crop Science Preferred but not mandate Good to Have. Business Intelligence strategizing, deep dive understanding Solution Designing of new systems Must Have. DH design implementation Must Have Hands on Experience. SAP BODS ETL Must Have. Oracle Must Have. SQL Server Must Have. MDM Good to Have. Shell Scripting Good to Have. Knowledge on CRM ways of working Good to Have. Excellent oral written communication, stakeholder management Must Have.

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Transition the IT service ownership of the Bayer Crop portfolio endend. This includes the systems in the primary technologies of Oracle, SQL Server, SAP BODS ETL, MDM
2. Be the Service Owner representing as the front face for the US Bayer IT BIAC team to all business stakeholders
3. Actively participate in business meetings to provide any requirements information on the current systems and participate in solution designing of the new system
