Detailed Job Description:
- At least 10 years’ experience, including a minimum of 3 years full life-cycle SAP C4C project implementation/Support projects
- Strong functional configuration and implementation experience of two or more of the following functional areas:
- SAP Sales Cloud
- SAP Service Cloud
- Experience in other CRM products from SAP will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of the following CRM business processes:
- Sales: Account and contact Management, Product Management, Territory Management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Quotation Management, Sales Contracts Management , Visit Management, Pipeline Performance Management, Sales Target Planning, Sales Analytics
- Service: Installed base Management, Warranty Management, Case Management, Service Ticket Management, Complaints and Repairs Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Analytics
- In addition to the above skills, you must have solid experience of:
- Planning and facilitating client-facing workshops
- Writing and reviewing detailed blueprint documentation
- Writing and reviewing detailed functional and technical specifications for bespoke developments
