Detailed Job Description:

• Vertex product issues and tasks coordinate with client and offshore develop vertex knowledge with off team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of experience with IT.

Preferred:

• Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition/Detailing of Processes
• Experience in Oracle Financial Skills: Oracle Financials - Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, and Oracle Assets.
• Experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience in supporting Oracle EBS R12 projects including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high severity issues within SLA.
• Experience in coordinating with Business and other teams on issues, enhancements and projects
• Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to client.
