• Resource will be working in scrum team delivering Business requirements
• Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)
• 6+ years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record of shipping high quality
• Products.
• At least 4 years of experience in Experience in Core Java, Advanced Java
• Knowledge of DBMS like Oracle
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
• At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture reviews
• At least 1 year experience working in Agile environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment - Experience in payments domain would be an advantage - Good analytical skills - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
