Detailed Job Description:
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the leading the ASRS support team at Avnet Inc., Phoenix, Arizona. You will be the key person interacting between the business users and other application vendors. You will have to take the bottom - line to ensure SLA compliance in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. You will also have to co-ordinate with offshore team working in a 8*5 model ensuring their queries are addressed promptly. Should lead the time from front and ensure the Avnet business has to meet their client SLA through the agitated support. You will also be involved in change requests to the ASRS application as and when needed by business.
