Short Description:

Need a resource extension to provide documentation of end-to-end processes associated with OIT Business Case Review (BCR) and System Architecture Review (SAR).

Complete Description:

Years of Relevant Experience: 4 to 5 years in process review and documentation

Preferred Education:4 year college degree or equivalent technical study

Role Description: All roles specified plus:

Provide functional expertise to capture and document BCR and SAR processes.

Participate in the streamlining, optimization and QA of designated processes.

Coordinate the work estimates and act as the primary point of contact in identifying durations of activities within these processes.

Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate prompt documentation delivery.

Work with client to isolate and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Identify and initiate continuous improvement opportunities.

Define user interface strategies for process maintenance.

Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications (verbally and/or in writing) to convey issues and solutions.

Understand specific business needs/concerns and overall strategy of the business cutomer.
