- Years of experience on each of the Technical must have skills: 3 years
- Any Certifications required: Dynamics CRM certifications preferred
Detailed Job Description:
- The resource will be part of the team helping to resolve issues raised by end customers.
- He should have a functional/Technical knowledge of the product.
- He will interact with the end customers, understand the issue, analyze it and provide resolutions.
Minimum years of experience*: 7
Certifications Needed: Yes
Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- The resource needs to resolve minimum of 40 issues in a month.
- The issue resolved should also meet all the KPIs finalized with the client.
