• Minimum 5 years of experience in middleware technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IID or IBM BPM.
• Good to have knowledge of SQL, Splunk, Basic Java.
• Good analytical ability to do System issues analysis and RCA determination.
• Onsite offshore co-ordination.
• Ready to take bottom line responsibility and bringing issues to closure.
• Must possess good communication skills.
