- Platform/Environment: Cisco/Avaya PBXs , Contact Center (Cisco,Avaya,Genesys), Skype for Business
- Database Management System: Oracle, Mongo
- Application Packages, etc.: Cisco CUCM , Avaya Session Manager, Cisco UCCE,UCCX,Geneys Pure Connect
Performance Expectation:
- Resource would be managing IPT & Contact platform for our client . Also resource would be playing a role of SME in Unified Communications, Oracle SBCs and Contact Center domains
- Subject matter expert for telecommunications voice and SIP interconnection
- Subject matter expert Cisco Unified Communications Management System
- Subject matter expert Oracle/ACME Session Border Controller Solution
- What outcome or deliverables are expected at the end of this assignment?
- Key SLAs to be met , Playing consulting role in new engagements on Unified communications portfolio would be key deliverables
