Detailed Job Description:

• Perform a Scrum Master role. Must have more than 8 yrs of experience.
• Good experience in the Scrum Master role.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts, Possessing prior experience as a Scrum Master
• Minimum years of experience: 5+
• Certifications Needed: Yes
• Scrum Master Certifications PSM, Scaled Agilist SA, SAFe Scrum Master, CSM, etc

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Guiding the team and organization on how to use agile scrum practices and values to delight customers
2. Conducting Scrum Ceremonies, Guiding the team in estimation and getting clarifications from PO, working with PO on a regular basis
3. Tracking Agile Metrics as part of Sprint Cycle and reporting.
