Must Have Skills:

1. Have working experience of writing EPICS, User Stories in the Agile Environment required
2. Experience of directly working with business stakeholders for requirements elicitation, documentation required
3. Exposure to Agile Methodologies and to tools like JIRA required
4. Understanding of BA processes around requirements management, gap analysis, effort estimation, building out as is - to be business process flows required
5. Has deep understanding of healthcare / payor data, subject areas, and source systems required
6. Must understand data, data relationships at the table and attribute level. Able to interpret measurement definitions, and perform data decomposition required
7. Perform Gap analysis and impact analysis on any changes that are being suggested required
8. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation skills required
9. Planning and Co-ordination skills required

Nice to have skills:

1. Good understanding of health insurance macro business functions and processes
2. Working experience on business modelling tools like Visio, Rational Tools 

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and develops functional design specifications that include business rules, data mapping tables, logical flow charts, edit logic, etc.
• Usage of industry tools for requirement gathering, business processing modelling, defect/ CR/ Document Control tools
• Able to handle all the Requirement clarifications for the team
• Working closely with Business
