Must Have Skills:

1. Good experience with IBM MAINFRAME (z/OS), COBOL, JCL, CA DATACOM, CICS &VSAM.
2. Hands - on experience in DB2 database tables and have worked along with DBAs to create and alter DB2 tables.
3. Experience in Performance tuning and Query Optimization
4. Should have experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies of software delivery
5. Should have good hands on in unit testing and stakeholder management
