Detailed Job Description:
- Customer Communication Architect with experience in various CCM products. Should be able to assess existing system and provide a future roadmap based on Clients requirements
- Experience architecting CCM solutions for high - volume batch and on-demand enterprise multichannel communications including print, archive, email and web delivery
- Should be able to manage, guide technical teams & provide guidance by taking the lead
- Must have strong knowledge of architectural principles/concepts
- Able to understand As-Is CCM landscape of the Client and provide a future roadmap
- Architect, design and develop templates in CCM
- Perform demos in coordination with CCM product vendors
- Manage and perform facilitation, governance and delivery of Content Management Projects
- Perform analysis on content requests and validate efficiency of utility of the tool in line with strategic usage of the tool.
