Detailed Job Description:

• Production support lead required to work with client team with hands on experience on Java and Unix technology with DB.
• Person should have proper experience in handling clients and should have excellent communication skills
• Project deals with Production Support for wealth management portfolio of the client including the Incident Management, Problem Management, batch monitoring, issue resolution etc in order to help the business run BAU functioning
• Provide technical Hands On support
• Work with Client team and offshore team on Project
