Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves):

• Programming Languages: SQL queries (Advanced), Kusto Queries, Azure administration, Powershell scripting
• Platform/Environment: Windows OS
• Database Management System: Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Azure
• Application Packages, etc.: OS Administration, OS Patching (Security, Software patches), DB administration

Detailed Job Description:

• Identify, obtain and coordinate installation of Operating System software patches & service packs
• Update the maintenance / patch log when maintenance is performed or software patches and / or service packs are implemented
• Test and verify Operating System software patches on a development server before installation on Customer production servers.
• Write advanced PowerShell queries to resolve issues
• Knowledge of Azure administration and troubleshooting of windows servers. Coordinate with other IT teams in case of hardware or network issues for servers
• Use knowledge of OMS to provide support
• Perform advanced database SQL and Kusto query support
• Write complex SQL queries for issue resolution
• Handle proactive and reactive tickets to restore the services.
• Perform complex issue resolution / correlation
• Escalation resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Extended Third Party Interaction as required
• Extended user communication needs
