Skillsets:

• Good understanding of Network engineering and Desktop Engineering
• Capable of debugging application performance issues for the end users (Financial Analysts supporting their clients from the branch office)
• Understanding of IT security protocols, Windows Administration and Database Administration
• Experience in cloud migrations is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support users working in branches by addressing/remediating service disruption, performance degradations within a short timeframe
• Provide solutions for service improvements optimizations
• Develop, govern and manage solutions to drive branch reliability and performance efforts
• Manage key initiatives that are relevant for branch operations clients for service improvements
