Job Description
- Perform Analysis of Requirements, Feasibility Study, Effort Estimation and Project Planning for QA Automation Activities. Involved in Test Design, Test Execution of Test Suite, Traceability matrix, Defect Management (Tracking & Reporting) and Test Metrics Reporting, perform reviews and acquire sign off.
- Participate in Release Planning, Story Review, Sprint Planning, Scrums and Retrospect Meetings
- Prepare Test scenarios as per the requirements in JIRA Tool, Agile User Story Board
- Develop and run automated test scripts using Cucumber framework and selenium
- Create SQL scripts for database validation using SQL Navigator tool.
- Setup and test different user roles in PEGA for Integrated and Standalone systems
- Run different agents in PEGA tool for testing.
- Track Project & Production maintenance defects in Jira and Confluence
- Prepare and plan end to end testing with CVS and perform testing & get sign off
- Work with product teams to understand their product development strategies, identify gaps, roadblocks, dependencies and help in requirement grooming and prioritization
- Conduct User Acceptance test cycle with business & stakeholders and schedule series of Demo to business & stakeholders to showcase the designed functionality at the end of each sprints
- Coordinate with Offshore team; allocate tasks and collect Project Metrics based on the work progress, Publishes Daily and Weekly Status Reporting to clients
- Mentor and Supervise the subordinates by giving necessary training, doing thorough review of their deliverables
- Manages Project Risks by prioritizing them with the appropriate stakeholders for the earliest remediation. Participates in periodic project reviews, retrospections with the stakeholders.
- Repost the daily status on Scrum Meetings as part of Agile process using the tool JIRA Story Board
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field with relevant experience.
