Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• Should be able to resolve technical issues in Hybris as part of support and development activities
• Will work at client location and liaise with Client and respond to support ticket and also provide on - call support
• Work with Client Architects to design technical solutions
• Work with offshore development and support team to handover necessary ticket, enhancement ticket details to be continued by the offshore team
