Detailed Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management, EDMCS implementation will be primary. The SME is responsible for leading the FCCS/EDM track from Onsite. Resource should prepare and submit certain project deliverables i.e. Design, Building the artefacts, conduct show and tell sessions to explain the solution, integrations etc.
- SME should be able to deliver:
- Day to day implementation activities with client
- Liase with offshore team to pass on right details on time
- Perform testing and Get Sign-off from client for Build, SIT and UAT completion
- Working with Infosys team to share or gather details for EOE solution.
- Techno - Functional professional (Minimum 6-8 years of experience) with examples of major contributions to Oracle Cloud or On-premise EPM implementation initiatives.
- Prior experience of having worked on Hyperion DRM and DRG is desirable.
- Experienced in the implementation lifecycle of Oracle EPM projects. Experience with technical aspects of EDMCS, including a good understanding of Data Chain configuration in EDMCS.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, prototypes, functional configuration, testing, client user training.
- Experience with managing hierarchies, enabling data governance, providing a centralized repository of master data and associated attributes, and create mappings that feed downstream applications. Experience in creating Views, Viewpoints, registering applications like EPBCS, FCCS, Fusion, Custom Applications etc.
- Experience in Metadata build, Hierarchy Management, Exports, Policies etc.
- Experience on complex, international, multi-currency and multi-organization implementations.
- Minimum 6-8 years of consulting experience which includes: contributing to requests for proposals (RFP), detailing the scope of work (SOW).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
