Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience with IT
- Testing Service / Type: Performance Testing
Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Technical Skillset / Competency details: Load Runner, Dynatrace, Cavison
- Work with test engineering teams in creating test cases for components, executing manual tests, finding and reporting bugs Requirements
- Good programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C/C++, Java or Python.
- Familiarity with unit, integration and end-to-end testing
- Work closely with Onsite teams for gathering Performance NFR’s.
- Work closely with Practice SMEs to develop the performance test strategy, test plan, other supporting documents.
- Design/Plan Workload Models based on requirement.
- Hands-on experience in Performance test tools Cavisson, LoadRunner.
- Hands-on experience in preparation of Test analysis reports and knowledge on APM tools.
- Ability to manage/communicate tasks to offshore teams.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Eye for detail, diligent, persistent and good analytical skills.
- Ability to quickly create good presentations/pivots/ graphs.
- Review Technical specifications
- Troubleshoot PT issues
- Develop PT strategy
- Ensure quality of application by implementing Infosys best practices, developing/ customizing/implementing Infosys tools and using other tools available with client.
- Functional knowledge and experience in testing software. Should have good communication, analytical ability and coordination skills
- Experience in Software Testing Life Cycle
- Defect logging and reporting
