Detailed Job description :

• Good experience in Linux administration (Good to have Red hat certification)
• NFS Administration, File system Management and User Administration.
• Upgrading the OS and kernel Patching ( Redhat & Ubuntu )
• Creating File systems using LVM and fdisk
• Shell scripting, Proficient in VI editor
• Monitoring disk space, CPU, Memory, IO utilization, Performance of servers
• Creating, Mounting and monitoring of File systems.
• Virtualization and enterprise infrastructure, Network administration( Linux bonding &IPMP)
• AutoFS, NIS/LDAP administration
• Memory and Swap Space Configuration, Management
• Debugging application issues and escalation to concerned teams
• Writing Nagios Plugins
• Responsible for overall Docker setup and Kubernetes, configuration and Architecture.
• Configuring and maintaining/supporting a large scale Docker based PaaS environment using kubernetes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Docker and kubernetes environment.
• Should have working knowledge on Kubernetes/Docker environments on Public Cloud environments (Google Kubernetes Engine, Azure Kubernetes Services, AWS Kubernetes Services)
• Should be well versed in generic Administration tasks of creating docker images managing versions , container networking and standard Infrastructure maintenance tasks on Docker and kubernetes platform.
