• A Lead Consultant/ Sr Test Manager in testing with expertise of setting up TCOE
• Should have worked in QA organization to define and implement the QA Roadmap
• Should have experience in QA maturity assessment and setting up QA framework
• Must have worked extensively with testing team to set up test automation framework, tool evaluation and making enterprise QA test strategy
• Have a strong customer focus and communication skills
• Worked on an Agile methodology
• Worked with a distributed team including offshore and ramped up the QA team for delivery
• Strong experience of project planning, tracking and dependency management
• Experience of defining and implementing metrics for QA programs
• Should be able to work with the IT team to lay out the QA plan, priorities, seek for budget, etc.

• Experience of working with any Insurance product/platform/domain
• CSM/SAFe certified
• Experience of writing SOW/MSA from testing perspective
• Hands on experience of driving test automation projects
