Job Description:
- Good understanding of Cable domain and in-depth knowledge of Broadband and voice modules
- Good knowledge on provisioning Modems, configuration of Routers, Fiber capable Gateway devices
- Provisioning Data and voice services on modems and configuring / managing Wi-Fi from Self-care portals
- Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity and impact analysis
- Test scenario preparation based on user stories, participate in user story grooming sessions and test case reviews
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions with the environment and development teams
Minimum years of experience*: 5+
