• PEGA CSSA certified
• Must have atleast 5yrs of Strong HANDS - ON PEGA Experience in v
• X and above.
• Must have ability to perform Requirements Analysis, Design, Root Cause analysis
• Able to play Technical Lead role in terms of managing the Client stakeholders, Work Assignment and coordinate work with team in Global Delivery model
• Strong communication skills
• Must have Agile Development experience
