Skill:

• Strong working knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle (complex joins, data modeling, data mapping, PL/SQL development skills are required)
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Agile methodology
• Strong experience in Test Data Creation, Data Masking, Test Data Management
• Knowledge of Software testing processes and automated tools, with an ability to apply software testing methods and techniques in a DW / BI environment
• Experience in Defect management and Bug Reporting using Quality Center, JIRA, RAID etc.
• Troubleshoot issues found in testing and liaising with developers and product management on issue tracking and raising risks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with QA and other departments to provide regular statistics on QA tasks
• Excellent communication skills and experience in global delivery model
• Perform ad-hoc and Regression testing of system components.

Responsibilities: 

• Onsite Offshore coordination
• Participate in requirements meetings with business as input into test planning
• Prepare testing strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Design test cases based on business rules and data mapping documents
• Create Test Scripts (Requires strong background in SQL scripting)
• Execute the required ETL/DW and Reports validations
