Detailed Job Description:
We need a resource who has is strong in salesforce Field service lightning having at least one end - to-end implementation experience. Thorough knowledge of service cloud and salesforce lightning is needed. He should be good at understanding the client requirement, Analysing and providing solutions. He should be able to do the configuration changes, code review and mentoring offshore team as and when required. Should be able to handle escalations, client reporting and task allocations.
