• Should be excellent in communication
• Client Facing role - Should be good to communicate and explain the details to client team
• Should be able to work independently
• PEGA problem should be able solve without anyone assistance
• Should be able to understand the requirement and design and develop the solution for the same
• Translate software requirements into concise and detailed project requirements that technical team can understand
• Responsible for leading a stream within a project, making sure a component is designed, implemented tested to PRPC standards.
• Ensures the implementation has maximum reuse capability.
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition.

1. Works closely with other developers, product managers, DevOps, and product support engineering to deliver new BPM workflows and automation using AA
