Must Have Skills:

  1. At least 6 years of experience in software testing life cycle. Agile experience is preferred.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in automation testing using various tools specifically Tosca is must.
  3. At least 6 years of working experience in testing - functional, integration and unit testing.
  4. At least 6 years of experience in requirement analysis to come up with test cases.
  5. Experience in creating test Data.
  6. Experience in Tosca or similar test automation tool is must.
  7. Responsible for project intake and facilitating intake, team metrics, and process improvement and implementation for the test team(s)
  8. Actively participate in agile release/sprint planning, user story creation, and acceptance criteria, leading to test case development
  9. Work with automation specialist for test automation development
  10. Determine non-functional testing requirements (i.e. performance, usability, penetration testing, etc.)
  11. Assist with test environment and data management
  12. Define and track Quality Assurance metrics including defects, defect counts, test results, and test status
  13. Frequently communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to team members and management
  14. Facilitate test execution status and defect meetings
  15. Liaison for the business during UAT
  16. Responsible for test planning and leading execution of formal test plan
  17. Coordinate individual testers daily activities and assign workAbility to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
  18. At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  19. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  20. Experience in Financial Services domain
  21. Self-directed with a high degree of initiative, ability to perform with minimal oversight, and accountable for all work assigned
  22. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all level of the organization and 3rd party vendors
