Detailed Job Description

• Act as an extension of the IT&S enterprise applications team, providing hands-on leadership for all technical aspects of the project; contributing to technical requirements and end-solution designs.
• Voice and call center technology acumen is required
• Support the Genesys PM as well as report to multiple stake holders.
• Some project management experience is required
• Produce reports and sometimes present to NWN project teams, steering committees, and sponsors.
• Organization, presentation, and clear communication skills are required
• Perform analysis and information gathering support for the project, often directly with our business stakeholders
• Experience and understanding of business analysis is required
• Manage work items and delivery; coordinating all internal and external team activities. This includes both NWN SMEs, product vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Genesys, Avaya), and solution integrators.
• Proven record of managing multiple work streams is a requirement
