Must Have Skills:

1. Should have 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Application development in SSIS
2. At least 4 years of experience in DW/BI/Reporting and related technologies and tools - MUST
3. At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on DW/BI/Reporting development and maintenance projects
4. At least 4 years of experience in Design and Architecture review, understanding of Data Modeling concepts
5. At least 4 years of hands on experience in Design, Development & Build activities in SSIS Suite Projects
6. Knowledge of SSIS Architecture, Data integration design and DB concepts, working experience in other tools preferred
7. Creating packages to perform data integration including CDC, snapshots
8. Creating of standard filters, calculations, lookups and conditions.
9. Proactively keep abreast of new techniques and practices utilizing the SSIS toolset
10. Knowledge Best Practices in SSIS, Performance improvements including scheduling and job monitoring
11. Experience with design and implementation of ETL/ELT framework for complex warehouses/marts
12. Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
13. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
14. Should have 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Application development in SSIS, with .Net experience.
15. Programming Languages: SSIS, SSRS
16. Strong technical skills and communication
17. Strong analytical skills for building solution to the business problems
18. Database Management System: SQL Server
