Good experience in Customer Service technology front end backend java script, Java, backend, telecom, genesys, ivr, dektop C .net, Salesforce.Hands on in production to test end to end including new releaseschangesTriage issues coming through tickets, alerts, emails and warm transfer to right L2L3. Engineering teamEscalate major incidents to command centerFollow up on issue closure, drive SLAs. Ensure Knowledge Base updated being leveragedDrive proactive monitoringAbility to provide backup cover
