Must Have Skills:

1. At least 4 years of experience in Unified Communication domain with Skills - MS Teams/Skype for Business with Enterprise Voice,
2. Extensive knowledge and experience on complete design and deployment of Microsoft SFB/Teams. Cisco Telepresence as secondary Technology knowledge.
3. Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues, which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc.
4. He/she should have expertise and experience in working on end to end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout, Cisco Prime, TMS etc) in the Unified communication domain.
5. Hands on experience on MS Teams and Skype for business Online support and trouble shooting
