Must Have Skills:
- Carrying out As - is analysis, Fit-gap analysis and analyze the business requirements and produce functional system design documents
- Create complex Use Case Diagram by understanding Business requirements and functional system design documents to be used by technical
- Carry out Functional, Stability, Smoke and ad-hoc testing on need basis.

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
- Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
- Act as a liaison between Development, QA and other consultants in the analysis, design, configuration, testing
- Participate in or conducting various calls and sessions such as status, walkthrough, review
- Creating Process flow diagrams, presentations
- Writing user stories, miscellaneous documents - project or process related
- Good to have Scrum and Unix Knowledge
