Must Have:
- 5 or more years’ experience with learning and development authoring platforms and/or LMS solutions such as uPerform, Enable Now, Captivate, etc.
- Experience in designing, developing and administering end user curriculum
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Instructional Design, Communications or Organizational Change Management
- Experience with supporting OCM initiatives
- 3-5 years large project experience
Detailed Job Description:
The Deployment Training Platform Analyst will work closely with IT team as well as the project Organizational Change Management Team to deliver quality learning solutions for the scope of the the deployment program and will serve as the training platform administrator
Responsibilities:

- Executes on defined learning and development strategies consistent with the project OCM/Training overall strategy
- Administers libraries and content for organization training assets
- Supports OCM team to migrate, transform and publish training content to Enable Now platform
- Oversees the security and integrity of the course libraries, structure and content
- Works with IT training tool administrators to leverage, create and maintain best practices for content management
- Ensures technical accuracy of instructional content
- Ensures configuration and library structure and content management consistent with training strategy and learning industry standards
- Provides SME support and guidance across all project initiatives
- Partners with functional and technical teams to design and development curricula in training solutions (Enable Now)
- Establishes and maintains governance on training assets
- Works with IT Training Platform analyst to enable and validate Web Assist content
- Supports migration of training content to LMS/eLearning/mylearning platform(S)
