Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of SAP project experience SAP Solution Manager 7.2 managing Solution Documentation
5+ years of SAP project implementation experience
Detailed knowledge of managing SAP configuration and developments
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with higher levels of the organization.
Strong collaboration skills across functional and technical teams and multiple vendors / partners
Detailed Job Descritpion:
The role requires an understanding of both Business and IT requirements requiring collaboration with multiple teams to define the documentation requirements and ensure the value and accuracy of the Solution information stored. This candidate will be responsible for quality assurance of Solution Manager processes, documents and policies to support Solution Manager Documentation capabilities and Governance framework.
Responsibilities:Collaborating with program on new processes, policies and procedures to further enhance quality and effectiveness of the Solution Documentation stored in Solution Manager
Provide support for maintaining the configuration in SAP for Solution Manager Documentation in Solution Manager project branch as defined in the branch strategy.
Execute training on the Solution Documentation processes, procedures and policies
Assist in the development of the Delivery and Document Tracker tool
Executing Quality Assurance on deliverables in Solution Manager to ensure compliance with global standards
Assist in developing project ways of working integrating SAFe practices into Solution Documentation
Develop reports for Business Process Hierarchy and the Business Process Master List
Troubleshoot inaccurate FIORI apps and Transaction Codes imported into Solution Manager
