Skills:
- GDL need specific: Great level of English spoken and written.
- Native level command of English language is a plus.
- High School diploma / GED certificate at min. - IT related academic background is a plus.
- Some relevant college or technical school preferred.

- 6+ months min., previous troubleshooting experience.
