Detailed Job Description:

At least 5 years of experience in implementation and support of the telephony infrastructure including Avaya Aura Call Manager (CM), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network, Modular Messaging, Interactive Response (IR)Voice Portal, Call Management System (CMS - routing, programming vectors, Vector Directory Numbers (VDN's), CMS Reports, agent skill sets, etc.), CTI, digital recording and screen capture systems, workforce management, Veramark Call Accounting/Expense Management, Click-to-call, Click-to-chat, network based zip code call routing, and other various contact center applications.
