Roles and Responsibilities :
- Support the implementation of the District of Columbia Access System (DCAS)
- Lead Oracle SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware architecture, development and platform support
- Work closely the SOA architect to ensure the District's system and network architecture complies with enterprise governance and standards
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and development for the engineering team in leveraging the Oracle SOA Suite for new Applications and Integration solutions within the Government of the District of Columbia
- Perform integrations with SOAP and REST type web services
- Administer and configure Web Service Gateway and Enterprise Service Bus
- Perform Web Service Orchestration
- Develop on various middleware components, including BPEL, BAM, ESB, WSM and Rules Engine
- Develop on Java and .NET application platforms
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field with relevant experience.
