• 6 years of relevant technical experience.
• Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture concepts is required.

• Create clear, concise detailoriented planscases.
• Ability to understand and create plans from specifications or verbal communications.
• Communicate with development, Client and project management.

1. Develop, document and maintain cases including data, and scripts used.
