Detailed Job Description:
- Install computer hardware components (disk drives, RAM, interface hardware, monitors, printers and other computer related hardware) in accordance with standards and specifications
- Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Develop, document, and maintain information for in-house computer related hardware and equipment including configuration settings, IT-Help Desk requests and resolutions, etc.
- Basic troubleshooting skills, break-fix, configuration issues
- Troubleshoot and fix Email issues
- Basic network troubleshooting
