Detailed Job Description:

• Provide support for L1 incidents for WMS systems.
• Provide data fixes for the critical incidents to keep the DC operations running.
• Prepare test strategy as per various testing phases like system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, production verification testing etc.
• Coordinate with the client and the offshore team members in order to expedite the fixes to incidents.
• Participate in the meetings with client/ offshore team
