Detailed Job Description:
  • Overall 10 years of experience in manual strategy, design, execution analysis and reporting of Set Top Box and Services
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Project interms of Strategizing, Estimation, Planning, Execution and Delivery
  • Should have good experience in working in a multivendor scenario and managing the project program in a Global Delivery Model
  • At least 7 years of experience in preparing Cases, Reports, plans, closure reports Working Experience in DOSC  
Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for implementation of a global delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined frame-work
  • Lead engineering QA teams, partnering with key stakeholders and delivering on the service level agreements
  • Monitor on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning & optimization and performance management
  • Drive best practices throughout our software development process that will improve overall software quality
  • Assist with triage, diagnosis, and resolution of issues discovered (RCA)
  • Provide solution implementation to team members for system and integration testing, and user training
  • Align execution priorities – project delivery and establish service levels with business and functional owners to drive service quality through quality control
  • Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for assigned projects.  Identify and escalate risks and mitigation strategies to maintain high-quality project deliverable
  • Assessing product requirements, make sure that they are met and that there is a testing plan for each requirement
  • Analyze requirements, write test plans, construct testbeds, execute test cases, and document results
  • Test, evaluate integrate and configure company DOCSIS platforms
  • Develop documentation related to design and proper configuration of system components
  • Design and develop automated solutions across several services and systems in a cross-functional, agile environment
  • Design, develop and implement automation frameworks to increase test coverage through automation best practices
  • Implement reporting procedures to effectively track test coverage for automated tests
  • Implement CI/CD using Jenkins and Kubernetes for continuous testing and reporting
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field with relevant experience.
