Detailed Job Description:
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field
- Minimum of 3 years as a data architect
- Detailed understanding of data architecture and all of its capabilities
- Experienced in conceptual and logical modelling or top-down data classification using ontological techniques
- Expert at information requirements gathering and development of a data architecture to meet these requirements
- Self-motivated and can operate with limited direction
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience with ER/Studio, ERWIN, Eclipse or another modelling tool
- Experience with working in an Agile environment
Desirable:
- Minimum of 10 years in IT, ideally focusing on information architecture
- Expertise in SQL and Python
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with subject matter experts and delivery squads to produce the data architecture covering the Loyalty, Marketing and Customer Management.
- Identify the data security and privacy requirements for the data processed and managed.
- Identify the data sources and consumers of the Application.
- Ensure that all architecture designs support and align with the overall data architecture
- Working with other data architects update and enhance the overall reference data model / ontology.
- Ensure that all the models and architecture remain consistent and are optimized.
- Document the existing Data Architecture
- Present and agree the existing Data Architecture with the appropriate stakeholders
